2. How far in advance do I need to book?

To secure the best coach for your party and allow us to tailor the activities to your needs, we recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance. Please note that all bookings require a non-refundable $100 deposit to reserve your date and time. For last-minute plans, don't hesitate to contact us; we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

3. Can we choose the sports activities for the party?

Yes, you can! We offer a variety of sports activities, from soccer and flag football to kickball, dodgeball, Gaga ball, and more. During the booking process, you'll have the opportunity to select the sports you'd like included for your party. If you have specific requests or preferences, simply let us know in the additional information section of your booking form.

4. What happens in case of bad weather?

We offer flexible solutions for bad weather, including moving the activities indoors if a suitable space is available or rescheduling the party for another date. Our goal is to ensure your child’s party is successful, regardless of weather conditions. Please note that the $100 deposit is non-refundable, but it can be applied to a rescheduled event.

5. Do you provide all the necessary equipment for the games?

Yes, we provide all necessary sports equipment, which is fully sanitized and ready for use. Our goal is to ensure you don’t have to worry about a thing except enjoying the party.

6. Are your coaches certified?

Absolutely! All our coaches undergo thorough background checks and hold certifications in Concussion Safety, Abuse Awareness, and the Little League Diamond Leader Program, ensuring a safe, positive, and high-energy environment for your children.

7. How many kids can participate? Do you have packages for different party sizes?

Both of our party packages are designed for up to 20 kids, which works great for most birthday celebrations.

  • Classic Package: 1.5 hours of play

  • All-Star Package: 2 hours of play

If your guest list goes beyond 20 kids, no problem at all! We’re happy to accommodate additional participants for $20 per child beyond the first 20.

8. Do you offer any additional services like food or decorations?

While our primary focus is delivering exceptional sports-based entertainment, we’re happy to work with you to ensure our activities blend seamlessly with your overall party plan. You’re welcome to coordinate your own food, decorations, and other party elements, and we’ll make sure our activities align with your schedule.

9. What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that sometimes plans change, so we offer flexibility in rescheduling. Here’s how it works:

  • Cancellations: You can cancel your booking at any time, but please note that the $100 deposit is non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, we’re happy to work with you.

    • Rescheduling one week or more in advance allows us to transfer your non-refundable deposit to your new date at no additional cost.

    • Rescheduling within 7 days of your event will incur a $50 rescheduling fee.

10. How long does a Birthday Ballers party last?

Birthday Ballers offers two party options to fit your celebration:

  • Classic Package: 1.5 hours of organized games and activities

  • All-Star Package: 2 hours of high-energy fun

Both packages include full facilitation, equipment, and structured gameplay to keep kids engaged from start to finish.

11. Can I book a party for less than 2 hours?

Yes! Our Classic Package is designed for a 1.5-hour celebration and is a great option for families looking for a shorter party with plenty of fun and energy. If you’re looking for a longer experience, our All-Star Package offers 2 full hours of play.
